Red light blinks every 12 seconds
Whenever you connect your Blink camera to the Blink app, you will be able to see 5 long flashes appear on the red LED. You can also see the LED flash at intervals when the camera is performing motion detection. When the Blink camera is disconnected from the internet, it will flash the red light every three seconds. You can also reset the camera’s Wi-Fi by logging in to the Blink app and selecting the option to add a new device.
When the beacons first flash, they will do so at 6.30 pm. The beacon will then flash at a interval of 18 seconds, followed by a second flash at 6.33 pm. In the meantime, the blue light will also blink at a regular interval of nine seconds. This is a pattern that will occur 120 times in half an hour. This pattern is based on the fact that the red light and the blue light will blink at the same time.
